We're joined by Margot, an Accredited Sports Dietitian who is just finishing up her PhD research with the University of Canberra & the Australian Institute of Sport, looking at the consequences of under-fuelling in elite athletes. We discuss how to define adequate fuelling for training, what happens if you under-fuel, how do you know if you're eating enough, and what to do about it if you're not.
